Rheinmetall officially opens a facility in Ukraine 11/06/2024 | Editorial Team

In the presence of the Ukrainian Minister of Strategic Industries, Oleksandr Kamyshin, Rheinmetall officially opened the doors of its facility in western Ukraine (Rheinmetall Ukrainian Defense Industry LLC). The site is already servicing and supporting MARDER tracked infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), of which more than 100 have been supplied to the Ukrainian Army, and will soon also deal with LEOPARD-1 and LEOPARD-2 tanks, and other German-supplied vehicles and systems.
