Rheinmetall launches PANTHER MBT with unmanned turret 18/06/2024 | Editorial Team

Rheinmetall unveiled the new variant of its PANTHER MBT, the KF-51 U, equipped with an unmanned turret featuring a 130 mm cannon. The turret can also be equipped with a 120-mm cannon. The tank also features a remote-controlled turret equipped with a 7.62 mm machine gun with three individually fed barrels. In addition, the vehicle features an integrated protection system that combines active kill, soft-kill and passive countermeasures.
